Sarah Furrier

Relationship Lead & Facilitator

Since 2014, Sarah has served as both a Facilitator and Relationship Lead at InteraWorks. Sarah fell in love with this work upon finding herself in a place where she truly believed she needed to make a career change in order to have time for “life.” The Effective Edge and Best Year Yet programs led to a complete transformation of her work flow, and the key realization that it was not impossible to do her role effectively without putting in endless hours off the clock, and that in fact, she was the only thing standing in her way. Learning to work smarter, rather than harder, in today’s fast -paced information overloaded environments, along with breaking through limiting beliefs of what is possible, absolutely changed Sarah’s life and ignited a passion for helping as many professionals as possible to experience the same.

Sarah received her Bachelor’s in Education from the University of Arizona, and her Master’s in Leadership & Administration from Arizona State University. She spent five years as a highly qualified Title 1 public education teacher, technology coach, department head, new teacher mentor, community liaison, and administrative intern. Her background in education and learning theories allows her to engage client partners in the learning process, while tailoring the content and delivery to address their specific needs and learning styles with ease.

Outside of the office, Sarah loves to travel, listen to live music and podcasts, spoil her German Shepherd rescue, and spend time with her family.
