Robin Doss

Relationship Lead

Robin Doss has spent her career in learning and human development. She loves helping people see and strive for the highest potential in themselves and what they can create in the world. It is how she endeavors to make the world a better place. Robin has had a longstanding relationship with InteraWorks in its current and previous forms as a contract marketing content developer and facilitator and previously as a Senior Consultant and Program Manager at McGhee Productivity Solutions. Robin also spent several years running a Learning & Development consultancy, Doss Performance; and served as the
President and Programming Director of the highly awarded Denver chapter of the Association for Talent Development.

Robin has always based her facilitation and curriculum and content design on what she learns from her relationship with her clients, and she enjoys connecting and collaborating with clients to discover how to best serve their needs as a Relationship Lead. Earlier in her career, Robin worked for Denver Public Schools as an English Language Acquisition teacher and a professional development designer and leader. She holds a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on serving linguistically and culturally diverse learning communities.

Volunteering has always been an important part of Robin’s life as she’s worked with the boards of Share Our Strength’s Cooking Matter’s campaign and Denver Kids, Inc., a mentoring and educational organization, where she also served as a student mentor. As of late, you can listen to Robin on the airwaves of her local community radio station as a volunteer DJ, a newfound passion. She also loves goofing around and exploring the outdoors with her three young children, horseback riding, cycling, and skiing in the small Colorado mountain town she is grateful to call home.
