Jennifer Wilmoth Joins InteraWorks Client Team

Denver, CO

InteraWorks is delighted to welcome Jennifer Wilmoth to its global learning and development team as Relationship Lead and Facilitator. In addition to her grounding in neuroscience-based leadership, Jennifer brings expertise and insight from her 20-year career coaching and facilitating leaders and teams in enterprise companies to excel and thrive through up-leveling productivity, performance, inclusion, and balance.

“It is a gift to witness what the impact of awareness, combined with skills and tools, provides people,” said Wilmoth. ”Hearing feedback that our programs: ‘Made me a better leader’, ‘Contributed to my success”, and ‘Improved my marriage” brings me joy and drives me to continue this work. I’m excited to be joining a dynamic organization that has the same passion and dedication to delivering successes inside and outside the workplace as I do.”

Along with program delivery and client development skills, Wilmoth also brings her creative bona fides as a curriculum and program designer and business leader. “InteraWorks embraces creativity and forward thinking,” said CEO Laurie Oswald. “Jennifer is a perfect fit for our culture in terms of entrepreneurship, values and shared leadership. We are so excited to have someone of her talent level and commitment bringing her energy and talent to our mission. This past year has brought forth challenges for most organizations.  InteraWorks has an even greater opportunity now to ensure that people are at the center of the Future@Work and that they bring their full potential to what matters most to them every day,” said Laurie.

Wilmoth’s recent focus has been Diversity, Equality, & Inclusion as Founder and Executive Coach at Ignite Solutions. Previously, she was a longtime team member and leader at Denver-based McGhee Productivity Solutions.  Jennifer is relocating to Nashville, TN where she will no doubt quickly add value to one of the fastest-growing business communities in the country.
