Charity Wilkins who directs Finance, Legal & HR, grew up as the daughter of a decorated Army Colonel, living all over the country. She moved to Colorado from Southern California in 2005 and has been with InteraWorks since 2012. Her previous roles include residential and construction real estate finance, finance operations and retail finance, legal and business operations. Charity has always had a love for problem-solving. She has over 20 years of experience in finance, process improvement, legal contract negotiation, as well as tax advice and preparation.
Charity possesses the ability to identify and resolve high-level, complex financial and legal issues in a cheerful and professional manner. She manages the firm’s financial, legal and human resources with a velvet hammer; able to get done what needs to be done, while maintaining her service and caring attitude.
