InteraWorks is excited to announce the addition of Eli Perkins to its team as Relationship Lead & Facilitator.
With more than 20 years of experience in professional services and technology, Eli is passionate about helping business leaders become more effective, efficient, and successful. He is a collaborative, people-centric leader who motivates teams to outperform goals, builds trust-based relationships, and crafts solutions that meet clients’ needs.
Eli is keen to contribute to the meaningful impact InteraWorks brings to conscious organizational leadership. “We’re living in the most distracted time in history, but we also have more opportunity than ever,” said Perkins. “When we learn to manage our attention with intention, we unlock not just productivity, but possibility.”
Eli’s career includes leadership and consulting roles at CRA | Admired Leadership, Franklin Covey, and Dell Technologies, where he gained deep experience in sales management, business development, learning and development, audit and consulting, and technology sales. His formal education includes undergraduate and graduate work in communication, conflict management, and religious studies.
Eli is motivated by the human-centered focus of working with InteraWorks. “Even as AI reshapes our world, business will always be human-to-human — and the ability to focus, prioritize, and connect with what matters most is more critical than ever,” Perkins added.
