Eli has over 20 years of experience working in the professional services and technology industries. He has a passion for helping business leaders become more effective, efficient, and successful. Eli is a collaborative, people-centric leader who motivates teams to outperform goals, builds trust-based relationships, and craft solutions that meet clients’ needs. He is dedicated to the work of InteraWorks because it addresses the critical behavioral and culture shifts needed for today’s business leaders.

Prior to joining InteraWorks, Eli held roles at CRA | Admired Leadership, Franklin Covey and Dell Technologies, including sales management, business development, learning & development, audit & business consulting, and technology sales. His formal education includes undergrad and graduate work in communication, conflict management, and religious studies.

Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Eli now lives in Nashville and enjoys the opportunity to see live music any day of week.
